Topic: spatial development and regional policy

Our objective is to analyse how the “polluter pays” principle (PPP) is applied in Estonia, assess compliance, identify existing gaps, and develop and operationalise a national PPP concept for Estonia.

The SDRP thematic group's focus is on conducting applied research and evaluation studies commissioned by central government institutions through public procurement processes.
