Analysis of international supported employment practices and commissioning continuing training

The project’s purpose is to be the cooperation partner of the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund in analysing international models and methodologies that support access to employment, and in preparing and delivering relevant training for 400 specialists, in order to increase the competence of labour market service providers in supporting the employment of people belonging to risk groups.
