Our work

Through time, CASS has developed clear workflows:

• local projects (for Estonian ministries, state institutions, non-profits)
• international projects (e.g. EU framework programs, international evaluation projects, inter-European comparative studies)

This division developed naturally, as the amount of work, formal regulations and partner expectations have grown. Local projects allow us to focus on Estonian needs, offering fast and substantive solutions through knowing the local environment and society thoroughly. International projects connect us to high-level practices or European and global academic and political spaces.

This structure guarantees that each project gets exactly the experts and work methods that support it the best and allows us to join local knowledge and international experience into uniform high-quality services.
