The aim of the survey is to identify the knowledge, attitudes, and experiences of University of Tartu staff and students regarding different types of harassment at the University of Tartu and to develop recommendations based on the results to improve the situation. The study focuses on gender-based and sexual harassment but also takes into account harassment related to race, skin colour, nationality, disability, religion, and age. The survey also covers awareness of available support options and responses to incidents of harassment.
