How can an energy community move from an idea to a working solution?
☀️ The free conference will share practical experiences from developing solar energy communities in different countries. It will explore technical, social and sustainability challenges, funding opportunities and cooperation models that can help local initiatives move towards implementation.
📖 The StartSun handbook and energy community feasibility calculator will also be introduced. These practical tools help communities and organisations assess whether an energy community could work in their area and plan the next steps.
📌 The conference is intended for local authorities, communities, apartment associations, energy community leaders, developers, researchers, entrepreneurs and anyone interested in local renewable energy production.
🇪🇺 The conference is co-funded by the European Union through the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme.
